Responsibilities
- System Maintenance: Oversee and maintain critical government IT infrastructure and databases to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Data Security: Implement and monitor stringent security protocols to protect sensitive citizen data and agency systems.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to federal, state, and local government regulations and standards.
- Project Management: Lead and coordinate major IT projects from conception to deployment.
- Technical Support: Provide expert troubleshooting and support to internal government staff and external constituents.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical or administrative role within the government or public sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, SQL, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
