Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance of city parks, sidewalks, and public facilities
- Operate municipal equipment including trucks, mowers, and hand tools
- Respond to weather emergencies (snow removal, flooding mitigation)
- Conduct safety inspections and report infrastructure hazards
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on community projects
- Maintain accurate records of work activities and materials used
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Experience with basic landscaping or construction tools
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
