Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair park facilities, including restrooms, playgrounds, and athletic fields.
- Mow lawns, trim hedges, and perform general landscaping duties.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of recreational events and community programs.
- Monitor park grounds to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools as required.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to perform strenuous outdoor labor and lift heavy objects.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping and maintenance tools.
- Strong commitment to customer service and community engagement.
