Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including digging, grading, and cleaning streets and alleys.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of public parks, sidewalks, and drainage systems.
- Operate heavy equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload construction materials and debris.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and machinery is a plus.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
