Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor for road maintenance, drainage systems, and park infrastructure
- Operate light machinery (sweepers, forklifts, trenchers) with proper certification
- Assist in emergency storm response and debris removal operations
- Maintain safe work zones following OSHA and municipal protocols
- Support equipment maintenance and basic repair tasks
- Complete daily work logs and safety documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on public works projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude preferred
- Ability to follow verbal/written instructions precisely
