Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate light machinery (bobcats, dump trucks) with proper training
- Maintain roads, sidewalks, and public drainage systems
- Assist in emergency storm response and debris removal
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and city regulations

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid NC driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Experience with hand/power tools and heavy machinery preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
