Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements analysis and translate business needs into technical specifications for federal systems.
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions that ensure strict compliance with federal regulations and standards.
- Lead cross-functional agile teams to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to optimize system performance and security.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance on complex government projects.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders to ensure clear communication of project milestones and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, specifically within a Federal or State government environment.
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or .NET, and database management systems (SQL).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse government personnel.
- Ability to obtain a government-issued PIV card.
