Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-volume data entry and record management for state agency files.
- Review and process incoming applications and correspondence accurately.
- Assist in the organization and archiving of physical and digital documents.
- Respond to inquiries from the public and state employees during night hours.
- Ensure strict compliance with state privacy laws and confidentiality protocols.
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors to ensure a smooth workflow transition.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
