Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and technical support for Federal and State agencies during weekend operations.
- Manage and process sensitive government data with strict adherence to confidentiality and compliance protocols (NIST, FISMA).
- Monitor remote systems and networks to ensure 24/7 availability and security.
- Communicate effectively with government stakeholders and internal teams via secure channels.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation regarding shift activities and project milestones.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new remote staff members.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve service tickets efficiently during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen to meet Federal security requirements.
- Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule (e.g., Saturday and Sunday) or specific weekend shifts.
- Associate’s degree or higher (Bachelor’s preferred) in Public Administration, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Strong understanding of Federal regulations and government procurement processes.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government-specific software.
