Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect mail using a postal vehicle or by walking the assigned route.
- Sort and organize mail efficiently to ensure timely delivery to residential and business customers.
- Collect outgoing mail from mailboxes and Post Office™ facilities.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
- Operate postal equipment and vehicles safely and in compliance with all traffic laws.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery issues as they arise.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have permanent resident status.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid State Driver's License with a good driving record.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (rain, snow, heat).
- No felony convictions within the last 7 years (as per USPS standards).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, holidays, and weekends.
