Job Overview
As a City Carrier, you will be responsible for the timely delivery of mail and packages to customers along an established route. This role requires physical stamina, excellent time management, and a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities
- Sort and process mail and packages efficiently before delivery.
- Deliver mail and packages to residential and business customers in a timely manner.
- Interact professionally and courteously with the public to resolve inquiries.
- Collect and process payments for Express Mail, Certified Mail, and other services.
- Maintain the safety and security of the postal vehicle and equipment.
- Adhere to all USPS safety protocols and traffic regulations.
- Complete daily delivery records and paperwork accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time in all weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read maps.
