Responsibilities
- Sort and distribute mail and packages efficiently and accurately.
- Deliver mail to residential and business customers in a timely and courteous manner.
- Collect and process postage fees from customers.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and logs.
- Ensure the security and safety of mail and postal equipment at all times.
- Operate delivery vehicles, including vans and trucks, safely and following all traffic laws.
- Resolve address issues and handle customer inquiries professionally.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.
- Valid Driver's License required (or willingness to obtain a CDL if applicable).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be able to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Excellent vision (corrected if necessary) and physical stamina.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
