Responsibilities
- Sort and organize mail and packages for delivery along an established route.
- Deliver mail in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, and heat.
- Interact professionally with customers to answer inquiries and collect fees.
- Ensure the security and safety of mail while on the route.
- Collect and process outgoing mail from post office boxes.
- Maintain accurate records of delivered mail and services performed.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to walk and stand for long periods.
