Responsibilities
- Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and accurately.
- Deliver mail to residential and business addresses along assigned routes.
- Interact professionally with customers, answer inquiries, and resolve service issues.
- Operate mail processing equipment, such as canceling machines and cassette sorters.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Follow strict time standards to ensure timely delivery of mail.
- Load and unload vehicles and maintain proper documentation.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- United States citizenship or permanent residency status is required.
- Valid driver's license (required for Carrier positions).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
