Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care in accordance with VA medical standards and protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Provide health education and discharge planning for veterans
- Adhere to all federal regulations and security protocols
- Supervise clinical staff and support personnel as assigned
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing, Social Work, or related healthcare field
- Active state license and current DEA certification
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in VA or similar setting
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Knowledge of VA healthcare systems and policies
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- US citizenship required
