Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background check
- Minimum 2 years administrative or case management experience
- Proficiency with VA systems (VBA, VHA) or similar federal databases
- Knowledge of veterans' benefits programs and healthcare systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience working with diverse populations including veterans
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional outreach)
