- Collaborate with medical professionals and legal advisors to resolve cases
- Conduct outreach to underserved veteran communities
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and data security protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Preferred: Veterans preference eligible or military service background
- Must pass background investigation and drug screening
