Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or claims processing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software
- Ability to interpret complex medical and legal documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and empathy
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional travel to satellite offices
- Preferred: Veterans' service organization experience or VA familiarity
