- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and VA policies
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 1 year experience in benefits administration or social services
- Strong knowledge of VA benefits programs preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
