Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough interviews and document veteran service histories
- Collaborate with medical professionals and legal experts to resolve complex cases
- Maintain confidential records in compliance with federal regulations
- Represent the VA at community outreach events on weekends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work, public administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in veterans services or government casework
- Strong knowledge of VA benefits systems and federal regulations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage high caseloads
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background check
