Responsibilities
- Process critical transportation permits and documentation during weekend operational hours
- Coordinate emergency response communications and incident reporting
- Manage weekend public inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels
- Update and maintain digital project databases with real-time accuracy
- Prepare weekend shift reports for senior leadership review
- Support field operations teams with documentation and logistics coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government databases
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license (Class D)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
