Responsibilities
- Manage and process high-volume data entry and document filing for state records.
- Monitor facility security, access control, and safety compliance during weekend operations.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, inventory, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with Monday-Friday administrative staff to ensure seamless handovers.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports and administrative summaries.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in administrative support, records management, or government operations.
- Must be available to work alternating weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and government database systems.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
