Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming inquiries and case files during weekend hours via secure remote channels.
- Conduct initial intake assessments and update case records with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with local agencies and stakeholders in the El Paso region to facilitate weekend support services.
- Ensure strict adherence to state government regulations, data privacy policies, and operational standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication to community members and stakeholders.
- Monitor systems and perform routine data maintenance to ensure operational readiness.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Social Services, or a related field is a plus).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, case management, or government services.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and state agency software systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and clarity.
