Responsibilities
- Patrol designated city zones to deter crime and ensure public safety

- Enforce municipal ordinances and state laws with professionalism
- Document incidents and maintain accurate activity logs
- Conduct community outreach programs on weekends
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during critical operations
- Operate specialized safety equipment and vehicles
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Valid New Mexico driver's license with clean record
- Current Basic Law Enforcement Academy certification
- Ability to pass rigorous background check and fitness assessment
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends and holidays
- Experience with de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention
- Proficiency in digital reporting systems and GIS mapping
