Responsibilities
- Patrol designated Minneapolis neighborhoods during weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Respond to emergency calls and public safety incidents with rapid deployment
- Conduct thorough incident documentation and digital report filing
- Collaborate with weekend dispatch teams and cross-agency partners
- Enforce municipal codes and ordinances during weekend peak hours
- Provide community outreach and education at weekend events
Qualifications
- Minnesota Peace Officer license or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Valid Class D Minnesota driver's license
- Minimum 2 years public safety or security experience
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- CPR and First Aid certification (or obtain within 90 days)
- Proficient in digital reporting systems and mobile data terminals
- Clear criminal background check and drug screening
