- Prepare weekly compliance reports for departmental review
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive government information
- Train weekend staff on departmental protocols and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekend supervision
- Strong attention to detail with proven error reduction skills
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (required for occasional inter-agency travel)
- Clearances: FBI background check and child abuse certification
