Responsibilities

- Process public record requests with strict compliance protocols
- Coordinate weekend document retrieval and archival procedures

- Train weekend staff on records management systems
- Conduct weekend audits of record access logs
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 2+ years government records management experience
- Proficiency in RMS (Records Management Systems)
- Valid Colorado driver's license
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and navigate file storage areas
- Background check clearance for public service
- Weekend shift availability (Friday-Monday)
- Knowledge of Colorado Open Records Act
