Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or public sector experience
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) with rotating shifts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Illinois driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with government databases (e.g., Illinois Link, e-Benefits)
