Responsibilities
- Process public utility applications and regulatory compliance documents
- Respond to constituent inquiries via phone/email during weekend shifts
- Review and approve weekend emergency service requests
- Maintain accurate digital records in state compliance systems
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless service continuity
- Support weekend public hearings and community outreach events
- Prepare weekly performance reports for department heads
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 2+ years public sector experience
