Responsibilities
- Process driver's license and identification applications with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain digital and physical records in compliance with state protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service via in-person and phone inquiries
- Support administrative tasks including data entry and document management
- Assist with weekend operations scheduling and resource coordination
- Collaborate with law enforcement teams on documentation needs
- Utilize DPS databases and systems for real-time information retrieval
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record
- Spanish/English bilingual proficiency strongly preferred
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
