Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor on road construction, drainage systems, and public facilities
- Operate machinery like jackhammers, asphalt cutters, and power tools safely
- Assist in traffic control and site cleanup during projects
- Follow OSHA protocols and maintain safety standards at all times
- Document work progress and report equipment maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid Texas Class C driver's license (CDL preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- 1+ years of construction or maintenance experience preferred
- Must be US citizen or authorized to work in the US
