Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, paving, and hauling construction materials.
- Operate and maintain light to heavy equipment such as dump trucks, skid steers, and rollers.
- Assist in snow and ice removal operations during winter weather events.
- Conduct routine maintenance on parks, sidewalks, and public rights-of-way.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members on job sites.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License (Class B or C) required.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction or landscaping equipment is a plus but not required.
