Responsibilities
- Conduct client interviews and complete intake assessments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update confidential case files and records in compliance with state regulations.
- Assist in processing applications and determining eligibility for government programs.
- Communicate complex information clearly to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement client action plans.
- Attend regular staff meetings and participate in mandatory training sessions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
