Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems for AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) and hybrid Quantum-Cloud environments.
- Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 transition, ensuring legacy systems are upgraded to quantum-resistant protocols.
- Lead the integration of high-performance computing clusters and neural network accelerators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ethical AI frameworks and data governance policies.
- Mentor senior engineers and define coding standards for the next generation of our software stack.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and security audits to ensure system integrity in volatile market conditions.
- Research emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing) to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or High-Performance Computing.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles (Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum cryptography.
- Expertise in Python, Rust, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and future-proofing architectures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
