Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain secure government network infrastructure within the Albuquerque facility.
- Configure and troubleshoot hardware and software systems to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive security measures to protect sensitive data.
- Collaborate with federal agencies to ensure compliance with strict IT governance standards.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff members.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments of IT assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems administration or support.
- Current Security+ or CISSP certification is highly preferred.
- Experience working with government or defense contractors is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and data security.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance (if required).
