- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor global tech trends to identify disruptive technologies that can be leveraged for competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Tech Stack Mastery: Deep understanding of modern cloud architectures, distributed systems, and AI/ML frameworks.
- Future-Proof Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt technical strategies accordingly.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
