Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)

- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech ethics
- Track record of securing federal grants for future-focused projects
- Expertise in ISO 20700 foresight methodology frameworks
