- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and long-term visioning techniques
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or corporate futurism with demonstrable 2020s impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and quantitative trend forecasting
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting visionary concepts to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
