Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve help desk tickets efficiently using our ServiceNow system.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of workstations and peripherals.
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates under supervision.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement security best practices.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with computer hardware components and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
