Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and mobile devices for state employees.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement security protocols and assist with system upgrades.
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking fundamentals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with non-technical staff.
- Ability to obtain a State of Colorado background check and necessary security clearance.
