Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic roadmaps using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive stakeholders across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for emerging technology adoption (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech)
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Build and manage a cross-functional futurist task force of industry disruptors

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies (e.g., MFML, CSO)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation portfolio
