Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of complex IT systems and network infrastructure.
- Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and internal systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in systems administration or IT support.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or PMP are highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
