Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Conduct foresight analysis on AI, biotech, and climate tech disruptions
- Strategize patent portfolios and intellectual property monetization
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience scaling technologies from lab to market ($100M+ impact)
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, AI governance frameworks, and ESG tech
