Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum hardware architectures supporting 1M+ qubit systems by 2026
- Develop cryogenic control systems with sub-millisecond latency requirements
- Create quantum error correction frameworks achieving 99.999% fidelity
- Lead cross-continental quantum network deployments with zero-latency protocols
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing ecosystems for enterprise clients
- Establish quantum security frameworks resistant to post-quantum attacks
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams of physicists, engineers, and computer scientists
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or topology
- Expertise in superconducting qubit fabrication and control systems
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Experience with cryogenic engineering below 10mK environments
- Deep understanding of quantum cryptography protocols (QKD, QKD)
- Track record of scaling quantum systems from lab to production
