- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development projects, acting as the primary sponsor for experimental and high-risk initiatives.

- Project Governance: Oversee the lifecycle of innovation initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and deliver measurable ROI.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical leadership within a Fortune 500 environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Quantum Computing, and Blockchain technologies.
