Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Federal IT Specialist to manage and secure our federal client networks. This is a critical role requiring a deep understanding of federal IT standards and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure for federal government clients.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, security protocols, and ITIL best practices.
- Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments to mitigate security risks.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff and end-users.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent military experience).
- Active Security Clearance (Secret or Top Secret) required for this role.
