Responsibilities
- Manage incoming correspondence and direct inquiries to appropriate staff members.
- Prepare, compile, and distribute statistical reports and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in federal databases.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for senior leadership.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required for federal employment.
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- At least 1 year of general office experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screen.
