Responsibilities
- Manage office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and records management
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for senior staff
- Prepare and maintain complex reports, briefing materials, and official documents
- Process personnel actions, timekeeping, and leave requests in HR systems
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, FOIA requests, and privacy laws
- Serve as primary liaison between departments and external stakeholders
- Manage budgets, procurement, and property accountability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems (e.g., HRIS)
- Expert knowledge of federal regulations (FAR, DFARS, VA policies)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Proven experience managing competing priorities in high-volume environments
- US citizenship required
