Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to department leadership and project teams
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics
- Prepare and edit official correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain accurate departmental records and databases using Microsoft Office Suite
- Handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to data security protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and track key deliverables
- Act as primary liaison between department staff and external stakeholders
- Assist with budget tracking and expense report processing
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in a professional setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
