- Prepare complex correspondence, reports, and briefing materials for leadership review
- Implement records management policies compliant with NARA standards
- Provide frontline support to internal staff and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in federal/government setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Expert knowledge of federal records management procedures
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
